Regarding your permit, did you get the HazMat endorsement before or after arriving at Prime for orientation?

Also, how many "driving" miles did you log during those two weeks?

Finally, when you return and take your CDL test, will you need to wait at all until the TNT begins?

Steve, Thanks, As far as driving miles, I believe I am around 1,800 miles, I am not positive, though, I am crtain the 48 hrs stopped in tx did not help, I do not have my hazmat yet, My understanding is doubles and tanker required, hazmat encouraged within 6 months,

I am doing flatbed and have been told I should have little to no wait for tnt instructor,however, this seems to be a minute by minute profession so who can say

Well, here I am in York, Ne, I started the psd portion of Prime's training 15 days ago, All I can say is , this program is unreal, 4 weeks ago I got my A permit in Canon City Co, Orientation in Springfield for 5 days , then, bam, on the road you go, 100 or so miles out , trainer pulls over and says "Here ya go" Here is my 100+k truck, start driving, about 300 miles , heres your exit ( first attempt at downshifting, my a$! puckered up so tight i tasted vinyl). I have been *****ed at , laughed at, damn near tossed off the truck( georgia overdrive) for last 20' of off ramp, told conflicting info, stuck 48 hrs in ice storm, assigned a load that kept me out here 4 days longer than anticipated, Made a new friend and l started a new career, Happy as can be that this company does this style of training, Now, if I can only get through the test to get my license, life will be good,
