Stranded in Bakersfield.. need help getting cdl training

so Im unemployed and stuck living with my younger brother and family. being unemployed makes it hard to think able to travel somewhere for training.. I singed up for a government program job training a few months ago but still waiting. filled out online apps for some company sponsored training but no response. what do I do? Im ready to go I know I want to be a trucker. I could use some help
