I have always been fascinated with truckers since I was a young girl .I was amazed with those big beatiful trucks that would whiz by me on the highway .I always thought they were so kind and polite I use to love putting my arm up and down for them to beep at me .and when they pass you .my mom would blink her lights I would say mom why do you always blink your lights when a truck passes us and they are in front of us .and she said becouse that's a polite way for the drivers of big trucks to know its safe to get in front of us and they would blink thier lights twice to say thank you .I wanted to always be a trucker from that day at the age of 12 now iam 58 and I still have that desire the difference is I was housewife and mother and that prevented me from doing it .now IAm alone kids all grown iam divorced and iam going to put my dream into a reality. I always wanted to travel the United States and what better way at doing it and doing what you always wanted to do .to travel and get paid at the same time so here I go iam doing my online cdl preview test thru truckers forum and so far iam passing everyone and the reason iam doing this test first and researching this is to make sure iam not about to waste a big corporate trucking business to finance my cdl course for nothing iam at the point were iam 100% sure this still is my dream job .I know there is alot of ups and downs to this business but what business dosent have ups and downs. at least iam doing what I love and surely to me the pros in trucking outways the cons .and the biggest tip I have gotten from alot of truckers forums is patience is the best virtue .so thank you for giving me back my dreams and I pray somebuisness and myself can make my dream a reality.
