Which do I choose

I have my cdl and worked for Stevens Transport for 7 months and did the lease thing but got tired of driving for free basically. I left Stevens 2 wks ago to help my mom out so she can put her place up for sale and move back to IND. and so am I, my problem is which company to go with Con Way or Carter Express. All trucking companies have pro 's and con's and I know it comes down to my needs and how they fit for what I want .There is alot of info out there and talking to recruiters they all talk the same but what are some of the key questions to ask and other questions that hardly ever come up that you don't think about.

Leasing a truck from a company

Going to lease a truck from Stevens because they push it so much. Almost feel trapped and confused as what to do. Just trying to get my 1yr under my belt and find something closer to home. Everything I find by looking on the internet is the same old stuff, talked to several and they all same the same some days are good and others days are bad.
