22 years behind the wheel and still pulling! I got my CDL more as an advantage to get into the excavating industry but about 2 years in I turned out to be a better truck driver than equipment operator so there it was! Over the years I've done mainly local work in end-dump, belly dump, tanker and the last 10 years in the logging industry. I haven't done much OTR work other than a 9 month run with CR England in 05' and a couple months with a 1 truck outfit in 13' but I figure I might have something to offer with my local and off road trucking experience.

First road rage encounter..
In a case where you're closely matched in governed speed and power I drop an mph down and just let the other truck get ahead. Sometimes a quick "Take it driver" on the CB is enough to assuage their ego so they'll move on. Big thing is don't let it get to you and dont go on the offensive. (Easier said than done I know!)
