Rider programs

So first off, I have been out of the game for about 10 yrs. Prior to this I have drove just about everything from heavy haul (first job 8yrs) to containers (last job 6 yrs) and everything in between. I am looking to go back and am interested in either a company job or lease purchase. Either of these must allow me to have my girlfriend ride fulltime as we want to travel the country and make some money at the same time. So the question is, does anyone know of companies that allow this? I am researching on my own at companies like CRST Flatbed as far as lease purchase but do not know their rider policy. I also looked at Roehl somewhat also. Thanks in advance
