Schneider new hourly pay

Anybody have any info on the new Schneider pay changes to an hourly rate ? According to what I’ve heard, all drivers will be paid a different hourly rate for on-duty and drive time. This means no overtime pay will be given to us ? I’m on an home daily account and how is this going to work out ?
