Will antidepressants disqualify me?

I'm about to begin CDL training, but I'm worried that my prescription antidepressant will disqualify me medically. I've taken Zoloft for many years, and I've never found it to impair my driving. It doesn't cause me any fatigue or dizziness. Thoughts?
