Community College vs Private School

I'm brand new. I have an opportunity to attend either a private school for four weeks or a community college for ten weeks full time to get my CDL, both options paid for. The community college is an extra 40 minutes away, so over an hour additional daily round trip.

Which should I choose? I've heard community college are more thorough but also heard some people say forget about school and just get real experience.
