Adjudication of Withheld

Even if you don't want to work for any of these companies, you can at least gain some peace of mind by knowing if you're eligible to be hired.

Thank you! I appreciate the help! It does get removed off of the motor vehicle report once adjudicated withheld(withhold) for 3 & 7 year report.

Old Suspensions Question

Hello! I have two old suspensions that are the only thing listed on my motor vehicle report

One of them is: FAILED TO PAY TRAFFIC FINE(PENALTY) which has COURT REQ MET - FEE PAID back in 2022. The other one is: SCHOOL ELECTED WHEN NOT ELIGIBLE back in 2022 which has COURT REQ MET - FEE PAID back in 2022.

My drivers license has not been suspended since then. The moving violations are not on my mvr so I have 0 points being reflected and no tickets. I got the traffic violations taken care of through court to not have on my record.

My question is: Do you think I am wasting my time trying to obtain my CDL license. I am looking at their schooling and employment.

Adjudication of Withheld

Hello! I am looking forward to obtaining my CDL license. I have two speeding tickets that have been marked as adjudication of withheld with no points and does not reflect a guilty verdict/conviction. This is for the state of FL. I'm just hoping that someone has applied for trucking schools and has had any issues or have been able to proceed forward with schooling and employment. Any input will be appreciated.
