Introduction and advice for Driver from Europe
I saw them on Facebook and just filled out an application today smh thank God I read this forum…their application page kept coming up as an unsecured network when I tried to upload documents such as my CDL or Medical Card. There is a guy on Facebook name Chris Kuna who interviews drivers and he is promoting this company.
Welcome, I hate to dash your dreams but what your saying does cause concern. As said you have to hold a US drivers license for a minimum of 1 year before you can obtain a CDL.
I looked them up and they appear to be fairly large with warehousing and even their own cdl school. According to their website. They also say they have approx 500 trucks.
However the paperwork they filed with the gov’t shows just over 100.

Flat Bed Starter companies No "Team Training"
I recently got off the truck at PRIME and refused to continue training during TNT because I felt unsafe to drive due to lack of sleep, my body would not adjust to sleeping in a moving truck; I expressed this to my trainer as well as my fleet manager to which they suggested I take Zzzquil to help me sleep which I did but the Zzzquil left me too drowsy and confused to drive for hours. I realized pretty quickly that "team training" is mostly in the benefit of the company and the experienced driver because as long as you can operate the truck safe enough the A seat driver will sleep but the 'less experienced' driver is placed in a compromising situation causing them to drive while tired. Im not a complainer nor do I shy away from hard work. I have no problem driving 11, doing load securement or any other trucking related duties but I refuse to put my life or anyone else on the roads life at risk because the company wants the truck rolling at all times as long as they have two people on there which implies "team driving' rather than training. Are there any flatbed starter companies that run solo training trucks? would switching divisions help? I am located in South Florida.
I like trucking but not enough to die or go to prison for it.

Rookie team training?
Wilson logistics is running identical programs with Prime trucking…I found out that Rob Lowe the owner of Prime was business partners and friends with the owner of Wilson. I just got off the road with Prime in a few weeks ago because I couldn’t sleep in a moving truck and I refused to continue to do the 30,000miles team training. Depending on where you live you might be able to find a company that doesn’t require you to do team training or makes the training a lot shorter. I also found out while at Prime that they are pushing drivers to lease if they want to go solo or drive teams for company.
