Swift screwed me!!!

Hello All,

I have an issue that started the Friday before the last week of January 2025. After receiving my DOT Medical card, CDL permit and was in the driving range and road with instructor. I was advised by Swift that because of a sleep study that was done over 14 years ago saying it was recommended that I wear a CPAP mask. They Disqualified me from the program before one week before graduation. If this was a problem to begin with, then they should have said so, before wasting my time. My question, if I have my CDL permit and DOT medical card. Do I have any options to continue my training without the sleep study bull****?
