I'm new to the industry, just got my CDL May 12th of 2025, looking forward to the life, I know it's either a sink or swim lifestyle and I've got my water floaties on.

Danny Herman or Werner

Both trucking companies have an interest in me and I'm not sure who to go with since I am a new in the industry, I have read mixed reviews about Werner and it's hard to find more up-to-date information on Danny Herman. I want the best training possible not so much worried about pay at the moment since I am new and you have to work your way from the bottom to the top, I am curious as to people's interactions with these companies, any advice would be grateful.

No employment history since 2005, who will hire?

I have been on disability since 2005 it's a verifiable through SSA, it is not a physical disability I have been cleared to work, I have one week to go to get my CDL Class A, and I'm having a hard time finding an employer, I've never been to jail and I haven't just been sitting idly either. I do not have any other way for verification for odd jobs, what can I do? Rouel has denied me without an excuse, and Stevens transport out of Dallas Texas told me that my SSDI is not a usable verification. I have applied to Swift transportation and Knight transportation as well as Titan transfer and FreyMiller. I'm based out of Tucson Arizona, does anybody have any good ideas or experience in this area.
