Celadon lease program anybody got the skinny?

so, celadon has a lease program that from whom I've talked to around the way from celadon drivers is one of the best lease programs they got. Anyone know about it for sure? I'm new, just got my cdl and about to go through training with celadon. After training I have to do team driving or I have an option to lease a new truck from them and drive solo. Not really into the team idea, though I am fortunate that I have a teammate set up who's a retired cop and I've known now for at least two months. So, kinda on the fence about it. Anyone got some input....thanks......

Team driving for celadon again, anybody know anywhere better for rooks?

.18 or .15 a mile I know aint great even if I get paid for miles driven by team mate. Anybody know a better way, I'll do the team thing, if i have to I gotta bust in somehow and start making a living for the family. And I know I gotta pay my dues.... just trying to sort it out. Thought of trying to get out from it after six months or so at 120000 truck miles but that's at .15 a mile team. But i reckon after having some drive time under my belt I ought to do better with another company. Please any advise is greatly appreciated.

Just got my cdl through quality drivers/celadon. Mandatory team drivings for rookies...any advice?

Obviously new to trucking. Celadon requires mandatory team/OTR for us just starting out. .18 a mile for 240000 truck miles or second contract option .15 a mile for 120000 truck miles. So, the big question is for me. Can I do better than this? It's not about me so much.... but I'm 36 married with a 2 year old boy and a 6 year old girl and if I'm going to do OTR then I want to do the best I can for my sacrifice. I've been in food service with a culinary degree for 14 years. I didn't make the decision to drive lightly, I've a lot of family that's driven. But, I'd really like to get some more input on this. Anybody got any advise/ideas?????
