If my Qualcomm isn't working right , I'll either get a phone call or a message on the Qualcomm. Here is another thing. If the company ever gets audited, and he fueled up while logged off, and can not provide logs, the company can get dinged and possibly lose their scale pre-pass privileges if enough people do it.
