I had a CDL years ago Class B I drove school bus dump truck and on now I'm looking at a career in over the road team driving my last employer was a cheese plant that I worked at for 13 years and waslet go my brother in law is also looking at going with me over the road getting his CDL Class A with the way the economy is money is tight and we are hoping to find some funding or whatever to get in to be able to get our class a well update brother in law changed his mind so will be going solo to class just try in to get the 200 $ needed to get dot physical card and permit and the 100 deposit to go to Knight in indinahope I can start soon

Any info on Celedon Truck training?

Yes sandman 120,000 at 6 months or 240,000 for the year all miles count if you r driving or team mate

In my opinion it is good they have 2 ways to contract a 6 month contract at .15 cents a mile or a 1 year at .18 cents but they don't take any money out for the training once you complete one if the contracts your training is paid for they never take any money out if your check

Well I passed all my tests got my permit today have 1 more day of class room then out on the range by monday

Sandman yes they do they cover 100% the only thing they don't is the money to wash and dry your cloths I came to celadon with $10 in my pocket this is my first week and just took my tests or my permit and passed didn't cost me a penny

Any info on Celedon Truck training?

Just looking for some information available about celedon training program. Its not on the truckingtruth list of company sponsored training programs but they do other one. I just don't know the details. Other than they don't pay you through training but they pay for everything even cdl permits. Like I said any info would be nice. Thank.

Sorry so long on update 3 rd day in class room lot of book work practice tests tomorrow then to DMV for permit testing so far not to bad going good a lot of help full people here at celadon in indy

They say 3-4 but most r like 4-8 it just depends on you and how you pick up everything I have talked to people that have been here since September they r just not paying attention to the instructors or even studying they r just saying well I get it soon and I just shake my head it is not a game you came to do something with your life and start a new career and they just think it is a game

yeah.. i hear ya on trying to start something new and taking things seriously. is it paid training? September? thats a long time to not get a paycheck...

No it is not paid training but they cover everything 100% they pay to get u here they house u they feed u the pay all licence fees and dot physical it doesn't cost any out of pocket
