I graduated in January of 2014 TRUCKING school in my hometown I'm 46 years old overweight womenI had a situation come up so it's been almost 3 months since I graduated I applied at some trucking companies I only had one answer me back and they said that i would need to take a refresher I just paid 4500 dollars for my CDL training class and its only been almost 3 monthsI have been running a licensed day here in my home for 13 years I wanted a career change. something totally different than what I'm used to I really like the feel of being behind the big truck allways been a dream of mined I know being a truck driver is going to be whole new world I'm up to the challenge wanting to take the bull by the horns so I attended trucking school and now i feel that my money is just gone to waste in and my license can anyone help me give me some advice on what to do to get hired I really would like to go to a company that drives teams at least to start out that way it will be greatly appreciated thank you very much

I am half way done with trucking school take my road test on oct 20 2014 OOH I DO WEEKEND CLASSES I WORK DAYS so its 10 weeks . all u ladies are so nice on this site ... I have a question I am 46 years and over weight was wondering if u think it will be hard for me to find a job after I get my cdl I want to drive OTR I am from up state NY would like to drive the southern states ...u do know of any companies ??
