sooooo... my husband and I are thinking about going on the road and doing team driving. we both have clean driving records... the only thing that i think is going to hold us up is the fact that he just got a felony.... last year. He was really drunk and scared some people... took a best interest plea, got a felony aggravated assault.... was arrested in august, got out in december. the original terms of his probation.... 3 yrs state supervised. however he's been on probation for about 9 months now and they've already moved him to unsupervised for being such a good boy... he began working with IHOP restaurants in march and was already moved up to manager by may... he's certainly not a repeat offender, and he's not a criminal by any means. Can anyone tell me what our chances are?? we are both really young, 24 to be exact... and we just want to hit the open road. where there's nothing to do but drive and see the sights, and put our money into a savings account. Any information that you all have would be helpful.
