Ticket for turning from a straight traveling lane

Whether or not it shows up on your dac or not, I don't know...although I wouldn't think so since that's more of a company thing. It will show up on your driving record though, so try to get it reduced to something less if possible-- always always fight your tickets.

As far as how it affects the hiring process, you'll just have to be upfront and honest with the new employer about it. It sucks because they may turn you down, but if you don't tell them they'll find out later. It doesn't show up on your driving record until after the court date, so you could actually hide it from the new employer and get hired, but you run a high risk of being terminated later when they do find out. Not a chance I would take.

I actually had the same thing happen to me a year or so ago. Applied for FedEx and was all but hired when I got a ticket. The day my new manager called to officially offer me the job, I had to tell him about the citation. Unfortunately in my case, I had one too many tickets and they couldn't hire me.

Good luck

So if i hire a lawyer now then it will never show up on my record even after court date like you mentioned?

If you beat the ticket there is nothing to show up on your driving record. If you get it reduced to anything it will show up on your driving record. It is in your best interest to disclose the ticket to any company you apply for. Just be honest and tell them you will be fighting the ticket. Good luck.

Oh okay i see thank you very much sir

It will show up on your driving record. But as pianoman said , if you can attend court or hire a lawyer to fight it then do so. Those things stay on your record for 5 years. A lot of smaller companies are tightening their hiring prices for people with tickets. fight it

Thanks man thats exactly what i will do

Have half a grapefruit and black coffee instead? But seriously, my understanding is that high levels of blood sugar cause sugar in urine, so not consuming a lot of calories ahead of your test would seem like the way to do it. Maybe drink lots of water to dilute it? I don't know.

Are you saying that Knight sent you home once before because of that, even after doing a different test for diabetes? Then it seems like it might be a good idea to see your doctor to see if there is any other reason for it. But I guess it's too late for that now.

No it wasnt knight it was MCT and i did see my doctor he checks my blood sugar is always normal he said my insulin is high doe

Got my dot medical card put on hold as a rehire at the company i work for before

Kamran, you can go somewhere else, but keep copies of the stuff your doctor gives you in case you need it. Hopefully this all works out so you can just go back with MCT.

Got my dot medical card put on hold as a rehire at the company i work for before

So i started at MCT Transport in December 2014 as a rookie driver i was a great driver for this company for a year and a half and they were good with me really friendly especially terminal manager but i had to leave in the May of 2016 for 3 months because family reasons so they told me they will hire me back so i went to orientation again couple weeks ago but the physical they notice my blood sugar was low and i think that was cause i skip meals and don't eat as i should so they told me to take that 7 hour bus ride back home from ATL back to NC to get it checked out from my doctor until that the medical card will be put on hold i know its not anything serious its just i don't eat as much and i just got basic tests done from my doctor and they checked my blood sugar and said its normal i am gonna send in the results to my company and i don't have health insurance to get too many tests done if they still say that's not good enough can i go to another company and try a physical there or will they mind that my card was put on hold from my previous company? Thank you

Best teaming company?

If its that important, you just alternate home time, the other driver continues solo, while the other driver takes his home time or.. Split the cost of extra fuel between the two drivers. I doubt many companies are going to let you burn a whole tank of fuel, dropping off team mate, driving home, then driving back.

We know no company is gona let us do that we are aware of that we are talking about whoever drops who off gets a load to go home then when time to come out gets a load to pick them back up
