Schneider let me go

So last week i was in the rail yard and tapped another trailer (i did goal) i finally got the trailer in the whole after all that... So i went inside to let them know what happened so one of the maintance guys came with me too see the trailer and said " your good i thought you put a dent in the trailer" and said no it was just a tap... He told me i was good to go , so i left next thing i know im getting a call from the account manager saying the rail yard stated you hit a trailer and left with out filling out paperwork(which i was told to leave). So after explaining this all to the safety manager they decided to part ways.. I applied for a appeal havent heard back yet.. But in the mean time should i look at different companies just in case ?

Backing-up Anxiety

Hey everyone,

I've been driving for 7 months now idk if this is a rookie thing but when i'm going to a unfamiliar stop or have a really tight backs i get really bad anxiety i'm not sure if its because i'm not confident in my backing ability or what, my straight back is good and my 45 is so so and 90 is horrible, I have asked for help and was sorta brushed off, Any type of advice would be helpful !!! thanks for letting me get this off my chest feel sorta embarrassed writing this but i wanna improve myself

Coca cola Pepsi or dr pepper?

You also have to find out if they are union as well, because at coke i know they do routes by seniority so being the low man on the totem pole be prepared to be laid off a few days during the week

Schneider intermodal training

Day 3

Today we met our TE's (training engineers),they started by going over our log books making sure we've been doing them right ... Went outside did a pre trip on the tractor, then we went over the Qualcomm to find out our daily assignment ,went to the railyard to get registered after all that was done headed back to the yard for lunch ..

After lunch they wanted us to do more CBT's or some of the people went back out with the TE to work on backing or taking a drive. That was day 3 in a nut shell
