Driving record

Ok. Here is my question, I received a DUI 2 years ago. I was placed on court supervision, paid a fine, did some DUI classes and in the end I received a withheld judgement. Basically meaning there is no guilty verdict or conviction. I did not lose my drivers license and a trucking company and truck driving school confirmed this. However my question is that an arrest record does show up for a DUI, but says withheld judgement meaning no conviction and therefore have a clean MVR going back 5 years.

The trucking school says he would not have a problem placing me and I received one pre-hire letter from a company recruiter. Should I tread with caution as this attest does show up, or should I go ahead and move forward.

My brother is a trucker and compels to say that they the companies are really only looking at your MVR 3 years back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would still tell them about it because it shows up on your criminal record and they will find it

I did tell them both about it. I don't know maybe I should apply get a few more pre hires. I just don't want to spend the money on school and then end up without a job. It's just confusing to me.

I've read the horror stories, but have not really found anyone in my unique situation. Any other advices would be helpful. Thanks again.
