Those Craigslist Jobs!

Craigslist is a great way to get drivers, I have worked for some of the biggest companies in the industry. Think what you want about those particular companies, but craigslist is a great way to get new drivers. Quality drivers!! You have to weed out the nonsense but most good companies are using it now!

I'm not advertising or recruiting, but I am a recruiter, and I was wondering if anyone has any pointers on bringing in more females to this occupation? I really want to focus my teams' efforts on bringing in women. Any pointers?? Thanks everyone!!
