Dear all, I am new in this forum, so I am a rookie and I need to learn as much as I can. I need to know about the spare tire carrier regulation. I live in Los Angeles and I see that most of the truck trailers don't have it , I would like to know if the law says that it is required or not. I am a Sales Manager of an Italian truck trailers company and they wanted to know more about it because they want to start to sell the spare tire carrier. Thank you.

SPARE TIRE CARRIER
Thank you Jopa, I wanted just a confirm from an expertise. Is this regulation about California only? Also, do you think that the Spare Tire Carrier is useless, even if my company came out with a brilliant and ergonomic idea?
