Help 2 @ fault accidents, cataract surgeries(2)

Hi, I have 2 @ fault accidents 8/2016 parked car 9/2013 bicylist and I had 2 cataract surgeries 9/2016. What do I need to do to find someone who would take a chance on me. Thanks

Can I drive with MRV 2 at fault accidents 2013, 2016

Thanks for this website. In 8/2016 I drove 4 non-CDL paratransit company for 4 months, I hit a parked car. In 9/2016 I had two cataract surgeries in both eyes. In 9/2013, I hit a bicylist I did not see.. causing property damage. I have no tickets in past 9 years. What are my chances of having a driving career. Both accidents were my fault. My employment is 30+ with same corporation.
