Im 60, and starting my CDL Training in 2 week...... Right now I'm Learning the lines in the Pasty Cline song Crazy.....Crazy I'm crazy Crazy for wanting to truck.... crazy for wanting to truck....I knew I love trucking for a longtime and someday I would get to do it.... worries,,, Not anymore....... that's all folks...hahahha

Congrats Ken. I. am here at Prime in Springfield Mo. just finished taking the PSD instructor training course. Picked out my student who already has 57 hours under his belt his last instructor and him didn't get a long . He is pretty good . Waiting on a load for tomorrow to get out of here. So today did lots of backups on the pad and drove around.. so I like being a PSD instructor. Lets see how it goes. I feel sorry for all the kids here who don't have instructors right now tho.

U mean there are students there WAITING to go out????? Wow Im due to go there 6/15.....better check who I have next on my list..:) CR England or Pam

Trust me it's better to wait a few days for a good trainer that you might have something in common with than to just blindly jump out on the road with somebody as a trainer and hope for the best...I see more CR England guys in Jam's because they got a quick crash course for Driver Training and sent out as a Solo Driver before they were really ready... Most of the Students coming to Prime don;t have to wait long for a PSD Instructor but some of the Odd Few will not get picked their 1st, 2nd or 3rd day on the Pad but as long as you are a relatively normal and show interest in the Pre-Trip and look/act like you want to learn then you'll get a Trainer Quickly..

Great job Ken.... Im a fews weeks away from Heading to Prime as a Newbie.... but I have CR England on my list (cause their training site is 50miles from home( I can come home every night..:) doing my training time.. Money is not the main factor for me I have just retired after 30+ years.. So I wanta see the good old USA and not but a Motor Home..at about 200K.... But boy I sure LIKE PRIMES Perts..:) So the one question is when you get to seat 1 do you have to take the baby truck..hahahaha
