Cb radios and box truck drivers

I've been driving box trucks and non combos in southern Florida for almost 2 years now. And I've been thinking that before I start my class a school if get a handheld CB to use but I'm wondering. Would you big guys talk to us knowing we're not big trucks. I know there's a respect in trucking and everything but do you 18 wheelers talk to the "little guys" any advice would help.

Little cabs pulling trailers at warehouses

I was wondering if anybody knew what the trucks are called that just pull trailers at warehouses. They are used to move trailers from door to door and park them and such. They have an opening in the back that's how you get in. They aren't meant or built for the road just the property. What are they called and do people make a living just doing that?

Big building behind the scale house at weigh stations

I've been driving class b for a year and a half in southern Florida. Every time I go by the weigh station at 164 on 74 I always wonder about this building. The restrooms are there but next to them is a bay door for trucks to pull in and a door to pull out. I've never seen a truck in there except for today. You can see in the sides of it. Was it a truck wash of some sort. There was two fhp's sittin there too. Any help would be nice. This is something that's always been on my mind when I go by.
