Not bad enough to get fired but not good enough to get hired

So my one year is up Sept 28 and I'm looking to get off the road and drive local. My 1st year wasn't perfect I backed into a light pole in training that was in nov (dot prev #1) and backed into a truck on my blindside causing minimal damage cracked one horizontal plastic piece on grill (dot prev#2) that was in may. I'm typing this waiting for a tire guy cause I punctured a drive tire I caught on a broken curb. I'm worried that these little things add up and won't be able to get hired locally it seems they're a little more strict can anyone tell me if I'm stuck otr or if I'm worrying over nothing thanks

Best decision ive ever made...

Didn't mean to stir a hornets nest it was just a joke I drive for prime and get ragged constantly about driving so slow that's why I put the wink in I respect the he'll out of the million plus safe mile drivers hell I couldn't even make it to 50,000 safe miles there's a reason swift is the biggest. I also prefer driving for a big company the miles are there and the checks won't bounce. Also something I forgot if this accident doesn't fall off how bad does it hurt my chances of getting with another company thanks

Best decision ive ever made...

Hello all, I've lerked on this forum for months, soaked up lots. Of knowledge thanks. With that said I've been running otr since Sept. 7 2014 best decision I've ever made. Learned lots about. Myself life independence it's been great. I love 95% of the lifestyle just can't handle all the wasted time. I've Been thinking about going local and today just found out I'm renting my first apartment with a friend for a year starting Sept. 5th been kicking it around but she gave the deposit and I gave my word so it's official. I'm moving to Kansas city mo been snooping around on craigslist for a job all seems like bs my question is where do I start? Now all that said I do have a preventable accident backed into a swift truck (ironic right;) after being woken up at a TA in the middle of the night and told to move. Safety said it would most likely be dropped after 90 days late Aug cause all that happens was the trailer wing hit the grill and minor crack. Sorry for the rambling what can I say I'm a trucker at least trying to be thanks for the time and be safe drivers Ps.sorry if this doesn't make complete sense my 14 ran out 2 hours ago. And I'm still not loaded
