Going with jb hunt dcs

Okay guys don't bash me lol I got my license November 2014 but I believe I started wrong. Went with a private company aka mom and pops. Did well but decided to leave them to get something local. so I did then decide to go with this other private plant company been driving with them for six months now they have nothing but automatic trucks. Got laid off because it was seasonal gig. So I sign up with jb hunt. I'm wondering how is the company and how is there Driving test some kind of worried being in a bigger company. Never been with a big company maybe I should of from the beginning. I never double clutch I first learn how to float my gears. Should float with them. More scared of messing up and grinding. Still a newbie :/ always will be lol
