Big step How about a Day book on How it goes, no names, etc. just do you understand what the guy / lady, is doing in there life to trust you to train them. I hope you do

Hey Brett, we need a Driver Trainer status option on the site also so we can identify the driver trainers on here also.

Today is my 1 yr. Day!

Weldone from Danmark a fellow lurker

Today is my 1 yr. as a driver. Also it is with my first company. It's been a hard, fustrating yr. I've been in more pickles than I can count or like to admit. There's been many times I almost quit because this job/ life style is hard. This job has taught me patience and have built an high tolerance too. As I sit here on my 10 relaxing from a stressful day,I'm thinking to my self,(can't believe I've made it this far)! I believe TT has help me tremendously. I don't do much posting however, I do lots of lurking. There's other websites, this one is by far the best for honesty, correct info. The others I've found is a bunch of disgruntled people with negative feedback and misleading info. Merry Christmas to All.....

Thank you!

Good luck an if you go panic only slow panic. smile.gif

Hello all, just a quick update on my progress, but more a big thank you to this site and all of the folks here that are so committed to helping us newbies!!

I have two drives left at school and I test next Friday. I haven’t posted really anything about my experience at school to this point because it has been exactly what I had expected from reading all of the previous training threads. If you put forth the effort, study and listen to the instructors, you will get through it.

I will check back in next Friday to let you all know the results....

I am scheduled to attend orientation with McElroy starting Jan 8th. So if anyone else is headed to Cuba for that class, let me know!!!

But again, just a huge thank you to ALL of you guys and gals for sharing such a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise....It has all been hugely beneficial and incredibly accurate!!
