A: Stay in Russia.

B: Move to USA and get a job for a year (not driving truck) and get your regular Drivers License. After you have had your regular license for a year you can then apply for trucking companies. But you have to have your regular license for a minimum of 1 year before you qualify for a Commercial Drivers License. You won't be able to drive truck for that first year though. But you should be okay, as long as you can get a job as soon as you move here.

The choice B is much suitable. But... Its always a big word "BUT"... How to move and stay legally more than one year in US before i can start at long last? What kind of visa i have to apply from here?

I do not know how to advise you on getting a US visa. Beyond that sticking point, once you have the work Visa and have a US residence, you must hold a "non-commercial" driver's license for a period of one year before applying for the CDL Permit. It will probably take you a couple of months to get the non-commercial license. So all told you are looking at roughly 15-18 months in the US before getting your CDL Permit.

I suggest you search the internet for specific resources in the US that can help you; such as Russian owned trucking companies, Russian owned truck driving schools, Russian owner/operators (O/O) and US based Russian truck driver blogs, etc.

There may be others on the forum who can help you further. Here are two publications you may find informative, Brett's Book and the Truck Driver's Career Guide.

I'm pretty sure you have to be over here for one year before you can drive, if I remember correctly. Would you be able to drive truck over in Russia? Is there a problem with that (sorry, I don't know much about the trucking scene over there or what it might be like)?

Its a little bit diffirent than US. Shortly driving a truck in Russia is not making of money but wasting a time. And now i am thinking to start a truck driving in US. But i dont know rules.

Hello everyone. My name's Tee. I am really nice to meet all of you guys here and happy to join your community. I am from Russia. 30 years old. Really want to join US trucker's team. Get a school, CDL license and find a job and start everything here in US. But now i have a ploblem cos i am not in US and dont know how to move in. You know... So... that's why i am asking your help. Please can you really help me, giving some advice how to start. May be its better find a truck company recruiter and sign a contract with Company which Sponsore a Trainings. And a company can send me invitation to embassy for a work visa that i will able to come and start a school to get CDL and etc. Maybe there are some other ways how to join truck drivings? But still i need CDL and school trainings. How do you think? What should i do?
