Fastest way to go from a Class B to a class A ?

I already have a Class B with air brakes certification, and I have decided to upgrade. Any suggestions?

I really don't want to have to go back to square one.

Are there any companies that have been known to have dealt with this situation?

What do you like about Swift? I'm also about 12 hours away from taking the leap. I'm leaning towards Prime, because of their Paid Apprentice program.

I already have a Class B CDL with air brakes, I had that to drive a big transit buss and firetruck.

I'm hoping to "fast track" to a class A since I've already got halfway there.
