Leasing a truck a requirement for employment as a driver ?
I am considering truck driver training / CDL school and was told by a former driver that a lot of companies will require their drivers to pay for or lease the truck they are driving . I was wondering if this is true and if so, when would it be disclosed ?

Thanks everybody for all your replies. I'm so glad to have found this website, it's so good to know there's a place to go for honest answers & helpful information with people in the know and experienced. Funny how some people seem to wanna say just bout anything to be discouraging or just not wanna see someone succeed. I cant wait to start driving. I've followed a LOT of advice found here and it's really exciting - like I said already, cant wait to get out there ! Talk again Soon. Thanks again !
