Thanks everyone, I'm definitely leaning towards Werner, but I'm just trying to be thorough before I make a leap. I still have a couple weeks at Roadmasters before I graduate. I definitely like their tuition reimbursement program and feel they are a strong Company, with enough Freight to keep me busy.

Miracleofmagick, I live in North Florida, and would probably be in Lakeland for Orientation. Do you have any experience with their dedicated routes in Florida?

I'm in School and I'm thinking about going with Werner. I'm planning on staying with my first Company for at least 2-3 years or more if possible. Is Werner the kind of place where you could be happy for a long time? Does anyone know anything about their SE regional division? The recruiter said it pays a guaranteed $1300/wk. Is that just "snake oil" or what?

Hello, I'm very interested in starting a career as a Driver. I have no experience and no CDL. Could someone please recommend a good company, to start with and who sponsors or provides CDL training? I live in Florida btw.
