Restrooms and having IBS

I am looking to maybe start team driving with my husband but, I have a concern that My irratable bowel syndrome will be a big problem. I am wanting advice from truckers and what they think. Will needing to go to the restroom alot have a big problem in driving? I do have medicene for when it acts up and it does help most of the time. but sometimes its a "I have to go Now" kinda thing.
