Starting In trucking

Im starting school at TDI in tennessee and i am sure ill do fine with it but choosing an employer after is the difficult part im having right now i do realize i need to put time in with whoever i choose to go with but i want a good balance of hometime miles and pay just looking for suggestions seen how you went there and from the same area
