STI - CRST Furniture Delivery - Any good?

Patrick > Thank you for sharing your comments. I would agree that most truckers take good care of their cargo. My experience is that some truck companies are better than others. I'm trying to fish out the best of the lot to work with.

STI - CRST Furniture Delivery - Any good?

Hello,

Unlike many here, I'm not a trucker, but I signed up here to learn more about trucking logistics because our company sells a lot of furniture nationwide and I work with truckers in my role as logistics manager. I'm tasked with sourcing different trucking company to move our furniture.

I'm currently reviewing if Lodeso Logistics is a reliable company to ship furniture with. Does anyone in here have any experience with Lodeso Logistics? They are now part of Watkins & Shepard and Schneider corp.

Mainly, I wanted to know about the reliability, damage rate, and customer service of Lodeso. For example, does Lodeso have a good culture where truckers take care of furniture they move or do they simply not care? I enjoyed working with Watkins over the years, and hope that Lodeso is the same.

Thanks in advance! (I hope this is the correct forum to ask such question, if not, my apologies).
