Failed D.O.T pre-employment Drug Screen

I have a accident free mvr ...no major moving violations but I failed a D.O.T Pre-employment drug screen ...I have over a year of exp ...does anyone know of any pretty descent paying companies that will give me a chance...I have completed the D.O.T sap process?
