Need some good advice

Well i went to driving school . Received my CDL class A went to company passed training got my truck and a cpl incident and was let go the worst of the incident was a backing . i backed into another truck at the truck stop messed up his front end on driver side. I only had my CDL Since March 2013 so less then a yr anyone know a company that will hire me or have good advice for me
