Thank you Brett for your reply. I appreciate your site and response. I just joined but this site has truly helped me. I just became a truck driver last April and I use this site for reference pretty much whenever have a question about the trucking industry. So thank you so much for what you created it has assisted me in my family. Unfortunately I did get cited for improper lane change involving an accident and went to court yesterday they dropped it down to a turn signal violation. And it's also in a court district that does not like truck drivers and never drop the charges down. But they did for me for some reason I did have legal representation through drivers legal Plan.

So I need some help I had an improper lane change charge and I was offered a turn signal to point reduction in charge. Is this a good deal? Will I be able to get a better job with this reduction? Please help thank you
