Background check ??

You should definitely check yourself. The interview will go way better if you are well prepared. If the misdemeanor shows on your background check, it will be better if you are honest with them since it was 20 years ago. If it doesn't show, no need to say anything. Long time ago I got caught up with marijuana and I wasn't sure if it will show in my file. I did a background check on this website https://www.background-intel.com/.
