Convicted Felon who is Intersted in trucking

Hello guys and gals! I have a pretty lengthy record (see below). I have been clean and sober for 3 years (Not a single accident, speeding ticket, or DUI on my driving history. (Have had it suspended and needed to take class due to 3rd offense bad inspection sticker.) I currently worki for a Towing company and I hold my DOT health card and I worked my way up to assistant manager within a year. Currently driving a 2017 Hino 258. I want to move up in the trucking industry.

How hard to get a job with a record like mine because I'm trying to decided to go for my CDL out of pocket or wait 5 years and do CDL because of record.
