Maverick Trucking... your thoughts?

I'm new to trucking, still in my schooling, should be getting my CDL A by the end of December 2013. I'm looking into a few different company's to hire on with and Maverick Transportation seems to be high on the list early on, I'm looking for any advice on this company from anyone out there.
