Out of state tickets

Got a ticket in jersey and my license is out of Arizona. Originally paid fine but later found out that 3rd lane violation in jersey is unsafe lane change. Went back to court and got it reduced to non serious no point violation but it isn't showing on Arizona dmv as changed. Been round and round with jersey Court and Arizona dmv to no avail. Just need to get it off my background report so I can get a decent job. Any help would be appreciated

Finding employment

Thank you Kearsey. That's what I was afraid of. I've been applying everywhere to no avail. Would it be any different if I did a lease or lease purchase?

Finding employment

So to be even clearer, I am wondering if I could just wait until December so the violation from 2019 falls off or am I going to have to wait until February so the second violation is over a year ago. I appreciate the feed back from everyone. Thank you

Finding employment

4 1/2 years class a driving 53' dry van. If you need a resume send me a link. Otherwise what I am wanting to know is there companies that anyone knows of that hire with 4 points on my license. The other question is how long might I have to wait before someone will consider hiring me. First third lane violation was December 2019 and second third lane was February 2022. Typically on a regular drivers license after 3 years points fall off on the violation from 2019 but I'm unfamiliar with how insurance companies for class a view this.

Finding employment

I have no other issues. My last employer will hire me back but he is having issues with his trucks. The reason I left is because I was out of the country for three months. I planned on coming back and going to work for another company and that's when I found out that these violations are going to be an issue. I got the last one in February and worked for him until june so I had no idea it would be an issue. If I would have known that it was going to be an issue I would have hired a lawyer when I got the last violation. I just paid the fine.

Finding employment

I'm having issues finding a company that will hire me. I have a third lane violation from December 2019 and another in February 2022. The second one on my background report is coming back as unsafe lane change in New Jersey. On the Jersey court website it says the violation is "traffic in marked lanes". Long storey short, my license is in Arizona and that violation isn't valid in Arizona code so it translates to reckless driving. I've talked to Arizona dmv and they say they cant do anything about it I have to address it with NJ. They wont reopen the case after 90 days and so here I am just finding out because I just quit working for my last employer and wondered if anyone has any suggestions. The first violation will be 3 yrs in December so that 2 points should drop off but I dont know if that will help. Any suggestions of employers that might hire me until I can get this cleared up. I've been driving since 04/2018. Thanks
