team driving job paying $0.70 CPM

I have a question! I have been offered a team driving job paying $0.70 CPM. My partner that I am running wild routes with introduced me to this last night. I he already to jump right into this and plans on putting in his 2 week notice. This team run will be dry van! I asked my partner all kinds of questions but he didn't have any answers to them. My question to you is; is this to good to be true?
