Old company reported a preventable accident on my DAC

On December 21, 2019, I was traveling southbound on I-57 upon approaching Mt. Vernon, Illinois a car merging off the I-64 ramp sideswiped the company truck I maintained my lane and maintained my speed she even told the police officer that reported to the scene before she knew it she was making contact with the truck. I took photos as well as contacted my company explaining to them what happened and told them the police stated I was not at fault. After the police told me I was free to leave, I proceeded to leave and my company stated I might need to take a drug test once the load was delivered in Canton, ms. Long story short, I gave a two weeks notice being as such I found better employment and what do you know a preventable accident is listed on my DAC after all information and fact says there was no fault and or not my fault even company insurance said I was not at fault and it was non preventable. How and what do I need to do to get this removed I've contacted HireRight and disputed the false report what else is needed to be done.
