Walmart DC swift pay

Interesting! Thanks for the response! He got the low down a couple days ago so, now everything makes a lot more sense.

That is the pay structure now.

The stop pay is the same as it was last year, dispatch pay went from $20 to $10. CPM rates increased by 5 cents. Net, net it’s a better package because average trip distance is 250 miles.

As far as Swift being outbid? That was true to a point. We all thought by now 7030 would have been a under a contractual agreement with CEVA.

The short story is that we (The Swift Team) proved to Walmart without question that moving us out and another carrier in, would significantly degrade delivery capacity and performance.

CEVA aggressively tried to hire all of the 7030 Swift drivers, driver leaders and planners...very, very, very few jumped ship. Those that stuck it out, reaped the benefits.

It’s an interesting story that shows what a positive, uncompromised and directed effort can achieve.

Gotcha! Yeah I spoke to a girl here today and she said something about swift almost got out bid by another trucking company so they raised cpm and lowered stop pay.. just wanted to verify that since she was new too cause she wasn't 100% sure. But thanks hope you have a good day

My Husband just got on the walmart account in pottsville pa. We love it here everyone is very nice and we are only 4 hours from home now. I was under the impression he would be paid cpm plus $15 per stop pay. We just got his first few loads in on the account and the stop pay makes no sense at all. One day it only pays $12.50 the next $13.33 he made more on stop pay not being on the account. Is this accurate or does he need to talk to someone? He hates making a fuss over things... any advice would be appreciated.

G town will chime in soon, being he works at that dc. I work out of the dc in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Pay on a dedicated account is different from pay as an OTR driver. On my account we are paid .42 a mile and 10 dollars a stop, with the first stop not being paid.
