Single, No kids, nor any obligation to family or friends to maximize earning and networking potential.
Current Goals are to attempt to gain experience in all combinations,freight,and routes within 5 yrs before the thought of becoming owner operator. while driving networking and grabbing demographics to determine where to live and set up restaurant business in 15 yrs.

State / National Truck Asociations:
Hello all, new committed driver to the industry with 1.5 years and at least 9 more to go. I greatly appreciate the community here and info.
I was curious as to what and how the seasoned drivers feel about these associations. What do they really do, and if you recommend joining within a certain time line or whether or not ( if not both) as a Company Driver or Owner Operator.
