I was arrested. I was not fingerprinted nor did I have my mugshot taken. I read somewhere that diversion will show up on a criminal record but it won't say what the diversion was for.

Oregon Dui Diversion/Driving record

New to the forum here. So recently I've considered a career in trucking and have started looking into the field. I want to gain some pre-hires, but I have some concerns about my driving record. I got Cited for a DUI on 12/23/17. I didn't refuse the breathalyzer. I went to court and entered a diversion program. I completed the diversion program. So I was never charged with the DUI. I ordered a Non-Employment driving record and there is no DUI or diversion listed on it. So my questions are;

Will the DUI show up on some other type of driving record or anywhere at all?

Should I include it on my applications or share this with any future employers?
