Want To Transition To Class A

Rick: I agree with you and you are correct, it will take time to get past..... so be it. was my fault and I admit it despite what some on here think. I was taking acception to the one comment that in his opinion I wasn't taking this jobs responsibilities serious. Nothing could be further from the truth and I am not in denial about anything... I screwed up and I will pay the price. Again what some on here are assuming, there was no pre-incident alcohol involved.....cop said there was... I have a witness that I told the cop there wasn't, in his report he said that I told him I hadn't drank after I got to the house.....really?! Has been a 10 month ordeal but long story short, couldn't risk a trial due to the risk of losing which I wasn't willing to take. I am a light drinker at best, always have been. Had I been a smoker, I would have had a couple of cigs when I got home instead. oh well.

Want To Transition To Class A

My wording was wrong , sorry, by no accident I meant not Hitting another vehicle or a object. I have totally taken responsibility since it happened everyday and in court! For you to say I havn’t Is a ignorant comment. I have been driving haz-Mat for almost 15 yrs, I think I know what it means to take this job seriously!

Want To Transition To Class A

There was no "accident", was on a freeway offramp in my personal vehicle, driverside tires got on soft shoulder, got sucked off, carved up some grass, was very uneven so tore up the underside of my car, so not driveable, parked it at our bank parking lot, wife came and got me and took me home, I had a drink and went to bed. someone saw it, called it in, one of my license plates was at the scene I didn't know, showed up at the house, told me to come out.I was dead asleep, so wasn,t thinking went out, questions, told him I drank at home. He blew me anyway, arrested for DUI. This is in Washington, a mutual consent state so I had to blow. My lawyer fought this for 10 months. DOL threw out the administrative part. Court part ended up a plea to NEG 1. Couldn't risk a trial cause I have kids and married. If I lost would be 10 times worse. Gonna try some second chance carriers but in this situation I realize it's always about insurability, so not a lot of hope. Result was all the B.S that goes with a Neg 1( blow n go; sr22; active probation etc. all dropped. Paid$993 fine and that was it, and the inactive probation. And yes I can travel. Now living in Ft. Worth, Tx. Got a job offer from a pneumatic company that hauls solid foodstuffs, as a trailer loader and a as needed hotshot driver.

Want To Transition To Class A

I have had my cdl A since 2005, but have been driving B truck w/ haz-mat since 2005. Have A exp. but not recent, was 1980’s in the military, and part-time on the side for a eqpt rental business a friend owned. Just took a plea deal for a Neg Driving 1. Paid a fine, 2 yrs unsupervised probation. That’s it. Want to transition to full time Class A driving. What are my chances? Options? I am thinking not good. I need help, opinions, info, anything. Thanks!
