Honestly, do your job better than everyone else. It ranks us by fuel savings, on time delivery, availability, customer and public comments/complaints, whether or not you have claims due to bad driving or not securing your load properly, accidents & critical events, and communication with dispatch.
My fleet has 94 drivers last I checked. I got it 4 times last year.
Awesome! So, in a nutshell, be a professional and take your job seriously. I love that Prime rewards you for these kinds of things. I'm sure other companies have their own reward system. I plan on joining prime mid-October from California. Things like this are very encouraging. Thank you for your insight.

You get $50 in points for various things including "Top Driver of the Fleet for the Month" and a quarterly "On Time Delivery" bonus.
Look under the tabs at the top of that screen... one of them will give you a schedule. At 1 year OTD you get a jacket, every quarter you get $25, $50, a duffle bag, ring with a diamond.... Safety you get a jacket year 1, another year 2
you get points for scanning and fueling at the terminals too. You can use them at the terminal store, spa and cafes.
Last year I got like $1500 in rewards points whooo hooo! Lots of massages at the spa lol Yours actually says "Top Performer of the Month" so you are the best on your fleet!!!
So can you guys tell us how you guys can achieve this award? What does it take to be the top of your fleet?
